The most unusual novel by the master of French detective fiction. Michel Bussi attempts to investigate the death of a man who became a symbol of France — Antoine de Saint-Exupéry — and does so in his usual playful manner. Nevan, who received his pilot's license fifteen years ago but has never flown since, and trainee detective Andi receive an unexpected offer: to investigate the mysterious death of Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, which happened several decades ago. At the same time, they want to unravel another equally mysterious death — that of the hero of Saint-Exupéry's famous fairy tale. Searching for answers to how the writer died and how the Little Prince died (and whether both really died), Nevan and Andi set off to meet six characters, members of the "Club 612" — almost like the Little Prince, but instead of six asteroids, they will visit six islands — and each of the six will share their version, each convincing in its own way, with the ending, of course, completely unexpected.
