Distance Service Agreement (Offer) DUSHA KIRTASİYE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ
- General Provisions
- This agreement is an official offer (public offer) of DUSHA KIRTASİYE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, located at dusha.global, (hereinafter referred to as the Service Provider), to conclude a contract for the provision of remote services.
- This document is a public offer in accordance with Article 7 of the Turkish Code of Obligations.
- Acceptance of this agreement is the placement of an order by the Customer on the dusha.global website and its payment.
- Subject of the Agreement
- The Service Provider undertakes to provide the Customer with remote services for the sale and delivery of books (hereinafter referred to as the Services), and the Customer undertakes to pay for these Services under the terms provided in this agreement.
- Service Provision Procedure
- The Customer places an order on the dusha.global website by filling out the necessary information in the order form.
- The Service Provider confirms the order by email or through the website.
- The ordered books are delivered within the specified time frames, depending on the chosen delivery method.
- Payment Procedure
- The Customer pays for the Services by transferring funds to the account of the Service Provider, as indicated on the website.
- Payment can be made using a bank card or through other electronic payment systems available on the Service Provider's website.
- Rights and Obligations of the Parties
- The Service Provider undertakes to:
- Provide the Services in accordance with the terms of this agreement.
- Ensure the confidentiality of the Customer's personal data.
- Inform the Customer about the order status and conditions of its fulfillment.
- The Customer undertakes to:
- Provide accurate information when placing an order.
- Pay for the Services on time.
- Accept the order and pay for delivery (if applicable).
- The Service Provider undertakes to:
- Cancellation and Refund Conditions
- The Customer has the right to cancel the order before it is shipped by notifying the Service Provider by email or through the website.
- In case of order cancellation before shipping, the Service Provider will refund the full amount of the payment to the Customer within 30 business days.
- In case of receiving defective or damaged goods, the Customer has the right to return the goods and receive a full refund or replacement.
- Refunds are made to the same payment system used for the initial payment.
- Liability of the Parties
- The Service Provider is not responsible for delays in the provision of Services caused by circumstances beyond the control of the Service Provider (force majeure, actions of transport companies, etc.).
- The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing the order.
- Other Conditions
- This agreement comes into effect from the moment the order is placed on the website and remains in force until the parties fulfill all their obligations.
- All disputes and disagreements arising from this agreement are resolved through negotiations. If an agreement is not reached, the dispute is subject to resolution in the court at the location of the Service Provider.
