Actually, Arkasha is a zomboknight and brother of the dragon. But no one suspects this: neither mom, nor older brother, nor classmates: no one at all. To others, Arkasha is just a fifth grader who sometimes is lazy and doesn't like to read. Arkasha does not yet realize that this autumn will change his life a bit. He will almost lose his best friend (actually no). He will almost lose his hearing (also not quite). But Arkasha will be found by a cat, and Arkasha will find a name for it. Also, Arkasha will learn stories about his father whom he barely remembers, and great-grandfather he has never heard of. "Brother of the Dragon" is a cycle of stories for middle school and adult readers alike. These are stories about how difficult it sometimes is for an eleven-year-old person to handle things that seem simple to teachers and parents.
