Standard Delivery Timeframes

• Within Antalya: 1–2 business days.
• To other regions of Turkey: 2–5 business days.

Delivery window: weekdays, 09:00–18:00.

Carrier: shipments are handled by DHL eCommerce.

Main Delivery Conditions

• Tracking: all parcels can be tracked online from handover to final delivery.
• Delivery Notification: the sender receives a confirmation once the parcel is delivered to the recipient.
• Shipment Integrity: books are securely packed to ensure protection during transport.
